Length: Poster, A3 minimum size
Due Date: Term 1, Week 7, 2008
Many
marine creatures have gained a dangerous reputation. Sickness, puncture wounds,
stings, bites and even death are all accidents that can be caused by the
animals with which we share the marine environment. However, if we learn to
treat all marine life with respect and identify the behaviour of potentially
dangerous marine creatures, we have a greater potential of minimising the risks
associated with this environment. Accidents do occur though and the way you
respond in an emergency situation could be vital to the survival of the people
involved.
