Parent-Teacher Interviews
The new Year 12 students Higher School Certificate Partnership gathering will be held on Monday 16 November, commencing at 5.30pm in the College Theatre. Firstly there will be an informal meeting that will be followed by distribution of Year 11 Yearly Reports and then Parent-Teacher-Student Interviews.
Structure of the Evening:
5.30pm - 5.45pm Discussion of pertinent issues
5.45pm - 6.00pm Distribution of Reports and light refreshments
6.10pm - 7.30pm Parent/Student/Teacher interviews in the Library
I look forward to your attendance on this night and hope the staff we have assembled will be able to address many of the questions raised during parent and student interviews over the past semester and in previous years.

PTI Online helps parents by allowing them to select and book from pre-determined interview times that best suit their needs. This also shifts some responsibility from children to parents to ensure that every attempt is being made for interviews to take place.
Parents can see immediately if there is a request from a teacher for an interview, view times available, and make appointments from their home or office. Appointments can be cancelled and re-booked at any time up to the day prior to the interview. It may be wise for you to sit with your child and do the bookings together.
The system is password protected and allows parents to see their children's subjects and teachers. It prevents double-booking and ensuring trouble free interview schedules. No more lost notes, or missed interview sessions.
