Sponsorship Opportunities
This is historically a proven sell-out event. Securing a corporate sponsorship is currently the only way to guarantee your playing spot before team registrations are released to the general public upon availability.
1. Premium Hole Sponsorship

Player & Team Experience
Sponsorship packages do not include the team entry fee. Once your sponsorship is locked in, you will receive exclusive priority access to book your team directly with Bonville Golf Resort.
Every team booking includes:
- Twin-share golf carts.
- 15 tickets per player into our massive major raffle, thanks to FXBC.
- On-course food and beverage tickets.
- Post-event canapés.
- A chance to contest the Golf Pro’s "shot of your choice".
How It Works
Secure Your Sponsorship: Complete our online digital booking form before the form closes on 11th September 2026.
Pay Your Invoice: Receive and settle your BDC corporate invoice by a set due date.
Lock In Your Team
Receive an exclusive priority link to book and pay for your playing team directly with Bonville Golf Resort by a set due date.
To secure your team, you must have both:
- Paid your sponsorship invoice to Bishop Druitt College (BDC) by by a set due date.
- Completed and paid for your team booking with Bonville by by a set due date.
Any team holds where the BDC sponsorship invoice remains unpaid after by a set due date or where the team has not been booked and paid for with Bonville by a set due date will be released and made available to the public. Once released, the team is no longer guaranteed for the sponsor.
One team hold is available per sponsorship.
Public Release: Any remaining team spots will open to the wider community after a set due date. (subject to strictly limited availability).

Want extra brand exposure? We are seeking prize donations for our high-stakes competition and end-of-day raffle, proudly managed by Major Prize Sponsor FXBC. Use the monetary guidelines below to donate goods or services:
- First Prize (4 Players): $90 value each
- Second Prize (4 Players): $80 value each
- Third Prize (4 Players): $60 value each
- Nearest to Pin (5 Players): $20 value each
- Longest Drive (4 Players): $20 value each
- Raffle Prizes: Any value welcome!
