This is historically a proven sell-out event. Securing a corporate sponsorship is currently the only way to guarantee your playing spot before team registrations are released to the general public upon availability.

Player & Team Experience

Sponsorship packages do not include the team entry fee. Once your sponsorship is locked in, you will receive exclusive priority access to book your team directly with Bonville Golf Resort.

Every team booking includes:

Twin-share golf carts.
15 tickets per player into our massive major raffle, thanks to FXBC.
On-course food and beverage tickets.
Post-event canapés.
A chance to contest the Golf Pro’s "shot of your choice".

How It Works

Secure Your Sponsorship: Complete our online digital booking form before the form closes on 11th September 2026.

Pay Your Invoice: Receive and settle your BDC corporate invoice by 11th September 2026.

Lock In Your Team

Receive an exclusive priority link to book and pay for your playing team directly with Bonville Golf Resort by 18 September 2026.

To secure your team, you must have both:

Paid your sponsorship invoice to Bishop Druitt College (BDC) by 11 September 2026; and
Completed and paid for your team booking with Bonville by 18 September 2026.

Any team holds where the BDC sponsorship invoice remains unpaid after 11 September, or where the team has not been booked and paid for with Bonville by 18 September, will be released and made available to the public. Once released, the team is no longer guaranteed for the sponsor.

One team hold is available per sponsorship.

Public Release: Any remaining team spots will open to the wider community after 18 September 2026 (subject to strictly limited availability).
