Welcome to 2022! We are super excited for a massive year of sport as our club continues to see massive growth amongst existing and new sports.

Basketball 

* Please note the competition ages, teams & structure has changed from 2021. The 2022 format is below.

Training: Once per week at BDC in the Branson Centre (Training times will be confirmed once teams & coaches are confirmed)

Games: All games are played at SportzCentral, Bray St

Teams: U9, U11 & U13 play Saturday Morning & U15, U17 & U19 play Friday Evenings.

Cost: One off $25 to Barracudas (Shorts & Socks) + Coffs Harbour Basketball Fees

Rugby 

Competition: April - September (Approx)

Training: Once per week at BDC from Feb/March depending on the team

Teams: U8, 10, 12 (Mixed), U14 (Boys), U14 & U16 (Girls)

Cost: $100 or Active Kids Voucher

Football (soccer) 

Competition: April-Aug/Sept

Training: Once per week at BDC from March

Teams: U6, U7, U8 & U9

Registration: Will be open from February 1st 2022 Play Football Registration

Liverpool FC International NSW Academy Partnership

In late 2021, Bishop Druitt College announced a partnership with Liverpool FC International NSW Academy. A feature of this partnership is that LFC trained coaches will be running an after school program in 2022 for students aged 6-16 that are wanting an extra training session of football on top of their club training. 

The program is open to anyone, not just BDC students and will operate in term time throughout the whole of 2022 on Bishop Druitt College ovals. The Term 1 start date will be confirmed in the next week or two. It had been delayed due to the Covid-19 uncertainty surrounding schools to start the year.
