Paying It Forward – Partnerships That Make a Difference

Sometimes, the biggest difference in a young athlete’s journey is having someone believe in them before they have the runs on the board.

In sport, we talk a lot about potential. Young athletes are rarely the finished product. They are raw, developing and learning what it takes to succeed. Supporting them means being prepared to invest in what they could become, not simply rewarding what they have already achieved.

That is why partnerships with people and businesses who share that belief are so important.

Our partnership with Troy Pinder and the team at McGrath is a great example. Our High Performance and Sports Academy program may still be young, but we are growing quickly, achieving some outstanding results and, most importantly, continuing to create opportunities for our students.
