Senior Primary students have made a very positive start to 2022 and have welcomed a number of new students to the school.  It has been a busy start with House Captain Elections, Swimming Carnivals, the Growth Leadership incursion for Year 6, the Parent Information Evening and the Maths Pathway Information night.

The Year 6 students have now met their Kindergarten buddies, and this is always a highlight for them and signifies they have reached the last year of Primary. Again, this develops leadership and service in our senior students. Interestingly, the current Year 12 were buddies to our Year 6 students.

As always at BDC there is much afoot, and we are hoping for a year with less interruptions. Although, as I write this article, we are today being impacted by the flooding situation. It will be wonderful to see parents back on campus and the BDC community coming back together for many exciting events across the year.
